Our standard production time is approximately 2–4 weeks and may vary depending on the quantity, design complexity, and order requirements.
For event-based orders, we will work with you to ensure your items are completed within your required timeline.
Production time begins once the final sample has been approved.
Rush service may be available upon request.
If you would like to review the quality of our work, please contact us regarding sample availability.
If you require a sample of your actual custom design, a sample fee may apply as it requires additional time and resources to produce.
We charge $65 for custom jacket samples and $35 for custom t-shirt and custom polo shirt samples. Shipping fees excluded.
A deposit is required before production begins, with the remaining balance payable upon completion.
